手指黏液囊肿切除术
Overview（概述）
Thisoutpatientprocedureisusedtoremoveamucouscyst,asmall,fluid-filledsacthatformsonbackofthefingernearthebaseofthefingernail.
这种门诊手术用来切除黏液囊肿。这是一个充满液体的小囊，形成于指背靠近甲根处。
Preparation（准备）
Thisprocedureisperformedintheoperatingroomundersterileconditions.Anesthesiaisadministered,atouniquetisapplied,andthehandiscleansedandsanitized.Thepatientispositionedwiththebackofthehandclearlyvisibletothesurgeon.
这个手术是在有无菌条件的手术室里进行的。先施行麻醉，使用止血带，对手部清洁消毒。将患者摆妥体位，使术者能清晰地看到手背。
AccessingtheCyst（显露囊肿）
AsmallincisionismadeovertheDIPjoint-thejointnearestthefingernail.Thisallowsaccesstothecystandthejoint.Theshapeoftheincisionwillvarydependingonthesizeandlocationofthecystandthesurgeonspreference.Ifthecystinvolvesaportionofthecuticle,askinflapmaybecreatedtoremovethecystandrecreatethecuticle.
在远侧指间关节（DIP关节）——离指甲最近的关节——上切一个小口，以显露囊肿和关节。切口的形状因囊肿的大小、位置以及术者的偏爱而异。如果囊肿累及甲襞的一部分，可以作皮瓣去除囊肿并重建甲襞。
ExcisingtheCyst（切除囊肿）
Thesurgeoncarefullyretractstheextensortendonandthenremovesthecystandthedorsaljointcapsule.Becausemucouscystsareusuallycausedbyjointarthritis,thesurgeonexaminesthejointandremovesanybonespursthatmayhaveformed.Thisreducesjointpainanddecreasesthechanceofrecurrence.
术者小心地牵开伸肌腱，然后切除囊肿和背侧关节囊。因为黏液囊肿通常是由关节炎引起的，所以术者检查关节并去除可能存在的一些骨刺。这减少了关节疼痛和复发的机会。
EndofProcedure（手术结束）
Theincisionisclosedwithsutures.Thefingerisbandagedandsplinted.Thepatientisgivenpainrelieversandisabletoleavethehospitalfollowingtheprocedure.
切口用缝线缝合。手指用绷带包扎并用夹板固定。病人将接受止痛药，并且在术后就可出院。
